The website provides a range of services including but not limited to, enabling you to comment on, promote, and purchase our listed products; interact with other members; and receive the benefits of our product production service including payment processing, transaction handling, product manufacturing, packaging, order fulfilment, and customer service. Transfer of Title

The customer agrees that the shipping terms for all Products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For any Product that is to be provided to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred either (a) at the time we transmit the Product via email or other electronic communication addressed to the customer or (b) at the time we transmit a notification to the customer that the Product is available for downloading from the Site.

Indemnification

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend liwohealth.com and all parties from whom liwohealth.com has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers can exchange/ return their order within 5 days after an order has been delivered only if the delivered item/material is damaged or defective.

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Please send us an email on info@liwohealth.com with images of the damaged or defective item/s before initiating a return or exchange.

Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. After the necessary due-diligence and confirmation from us we will depending on your chosen option:

Either refund the product amount to you within 7 working days through the same route as that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order. Or ship out a replacement to you within 7 working days at ZERO additional cost. You will be updated through email with details of the refund or replacement (including tracking details of shipment).

For Return/Exchange of non-defective and undamaged products, upon our confirmation, you are

requested to ship the product(s) back to us, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will either approve or disapprove the return or exchange. If approved, then depending on your chosen option we will :

Either refund the product amount to you within 7 working days through the same route as that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order. Or ship out a replacement to you within 7 working days at ZERO additional cost. You will be updated via email with details of the refund or replacement (including tracking details of shipment).

International orders are not eligible for return/ exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders that have been shipped CANNOT be cancelled.

For Cancellation of Order before it has been shipped, please email us on info@liwohealth.com, and we will put in our best effort, to work it out for you.

SHIPPING POLICY Typically, we ship orders the same business day if they are received by 11:00 India Time. In all other cases, you can expect your order to ship the next business day.

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-7 business days in metros, and 4-14 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent for tracking purpose.

At this time, we only ship within INDIA. If you wish to ship your order to another country, the best option would be to ship to a freight forwarder in INDIA, or attempt to place an order through 1 of the other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) listed on our site and ship to your international location (which may or may not be possible depending on the respective marketplace’s capabilities for exportation).

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Indian Rupees and are valid and effective only within INDIA, and such prices include GST, shipping and handling will be charged extra, unless specified otherwise.

If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar fees imposed on such orders. These taxes, duties and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Pricing on the Site does not include shipment/handling costs to address’s outside INDIA, duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes.

With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the Products to the common carrier. You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information, and in the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so or your unavailability to receive the order, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied.
